Duraibah Return Policy / Shipping and customs policy

Return Policy*

-Refund is available within 7 days of receiving the order

-Returned items should be unused, in the original packaging and condition, with any labels still attached

-The refund of money will be done in the same form of payment method originally used for purchase

-The refund of money will take place within 10 business days upon receiving back the returned items to Duraibah

-Shipping costs back and forth will be the customers responsibility

Damaged Items Policy*

-In unusual circumstances where the item is damaged upon receipt, we will handle shipping the item back to us

-Damaged items will be replaced with a new item within 10 business days subject to availability of stock

Order cancellation policy after shipment*

When an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, shipping fees back and forth will be deducted from the customer"s account

Shipment refusal policy*

When the customer refuses to receive the shipment, shipping and return fees will be deducted from the customer’s account, and only the basic product amount will be returned to him/her. And in the event that customs duties are issued on the order, the amount of customs duties imposed on the customer will be deducted from the value of the order

Disclaimer*

For countries outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: It will be the responsibility of the customer to check the customs fees applicable in his country and the products allowed to enter it before placing the order. We (Duraibah) will not be responsible for any customs fees or orders that cannot be delivered due to such policies and standards
